Post Porsche Turbo Model Set - WAP 020 SET 04

Does anyone know whether you can source single models of the Official Porsche Turbo Model Set?

Call me biased, but all I want is the 964 one.

John,

I've gotten lucky today. I purchased a single 964 C2 Turbo in silver, just like my car, for $20. It was from a set of 5 Turbo. Another guy saw me did that and bought the last one.

This was at a tour of the Porsche Parts Distribution Center in Ontario, CA. There were a few dealers particitated in this tour with extreme discounts on parts and accessories. It was great fun.

Ummm, thanks Sonny, but I don't think that helps me much

How's your bypass going? I watched the Australian Porsche Cup on Satellite today and the hairs rose on the back of my neck listening to the engines when they had the onboard camera shots. What I'd love is a switchable bypass i.e. "now you hear it, now you don't". At the moment the tyre roar is louder than the exhaust, rather annoying!

John!

I did try and buy only the 964 Turbo in the set of four silver turbos from Porsche Center here in Sweden. I was not possible. I had to buy the set. Now I am glad I did because they look great together:-) It is also very easy to show people the difference in 911 models.

As my car is not silver but Amazongreenmetallic I wanted a model in that color. Did not think I would find one. But GT magazine had a report in January from http://www.johnsmodelcars.co.uk/ with a picture of a 964 Turbo in very similar color. I orderd it from the UK and got it four days later. It´s not Amazongreenmetallic but looks almost the same.

Send John an email and see what he can find!

Sonny,
"It was from a set of 5 Turbo"?
In my set there is only four turbos! A 930, 964T, 993T and a 996T. What is the fith Turbo? 996GT2?
