So, after selling my 2001 996TT I thought I would share some pictures of my recently purchased 1992 964 Turbo. As you would expect with a 14600 mile car, everything appears as new, sans the lower front splitters for which I have already order replacements. The Turbo is in fantastic condition and is just great to drive. I can't stop smiling when I'm in the car, or in the garage for that matter. In my opinion this is as iconic as Porsche gets and to find an example with such low miles has exceeded my expectations. The interior is equipped with full supple leather with not a stitch out of place. The previous owner did change to new coilovers, 18" wheels, aftermarket exhaust and a newer style radio. I have all books, receipts, the original brochure and the original radio and exhaust that came with the Turbo. I might lower the rear just a bit, put a clear bra on the front of the car and tint the windows to keep the sun out, which are all easily reversible.
Beautiful. Enjoy it in good health. I've just bought a 996 Turbo as a daily driver to complement my Turbo 3.6. One rules the head and the other the heart.
Yep, I'm no stranger to the slippery slope as I spent 2 1/2 years modding my 996TT. Although with such a pristine example I'll try to show a little restraint.

I also went down that slope with my 996 GT3. Like you I'm also trying to exercise some restraint though I'm having trouble doing so. I've already installed a 100 cell sport cat and an OEM front strut tower bar. I also have a BMC replacement air filter that hasn't been installed yet. I've Recently ordered a wastegate cat bypass from the UK as well. So I guess I'm already starting to slide downhill!
