Try Eric owner of Eurocar-werk 5103 Gulfton 713 661 6428 get a cost from him first he can be expensieve--but I am an engineer and do a lot of my own work when i get in trouble he has been successful in soving the problem. I have a documented US delivery 91 modified turbo. Good luck
