Default Turbo oil drain

I notice that there's a drain plug on the oil collection container that's attached to the turbo. Is this supposed to be drained when doing an oil change or is there another recommended interval? Can the sealing ring on the drain plug be reused?

Yes, it's engine oil and need to be changed when you change the crankcase/oil tank oil.
You are suppose to use a new crush seal at each change but I've used them a few times without an issue. Just make sure they aren't too deformed/mutilated when you have them off and check that they aren't weeping after about 24 hours. I've changed the weeping ones but you lose a quart of clean oil every time you have to do that and it's messy.
