Is a 3.3 battery same spec as 3.6 965?
Am deciding to change my battery for the car, and was wondering what spec Amp battery? Been to Costco and all they sell are Bosch S5, and other motor factors sell S4 Bosch one.
What is the recommended battery spec? And does it matter if it was a more powerful Ampage battery,as am sure some of the guys go for an uprated one.
Your pictures of your battery area and spare wheel bay would be nice, would like to see how clean or dirty your compartments are!ha
Thanks
Norm

Optima is a good smaller in size alternative. All depends low long you are going to leave it parked up.
Get a CTEK XS3600 trickle charger and you'll be fine.

I believe that the factory spec is 75-85 amp-hrs which is fine if you drive your car in below freezing conditions.
I use a 15 lb. Odyssey battery. It's about 35 amp-hr but it'll crank the engine at 35 degrees F with no issues and knocks 50 lb. off when compared to the stock alternative.
