Default Starting tire press for track

Finally getting her to the track with the mods all sorted now

Suggested starting tire pressures?

One less thing I'll have to sort thru as I can only do Friday at mid Ohio and not the whole weekend

thanks for the link...

i understand far more than what was discussed though... as for adjustments

what i was looking for was a 3.6 T track prepped speciffic setup on dot -R compound tires

such as rule of thumb to keep fronts and rears close to equal or have a 5 psi gap f to r

not gonna have many sessions and would like not to waste 2 of only 3 or 4 sessions
trying to dial in the JIC cross settings and the new adjustable bars

^^^^ You'll likely need more than a few track days to really dial in the tire pressures vs. ambient and the JIC's. Each car, tire, track, driver are different. The links below may be useful on DOT tire pressures along with a tire pyrometer? If not I gave it my best shot.

Enjoy the ride!

Which R compound tires? Michelin Cups do not want the same pressure as an R6 hoosier for instance
