Boeing 717

After i shut my car down (this has been going on for a while) I hear a noise that sounds like perculating and popping oil in the aft (the fan end) right section of the engine near the right cam chain housing. Its kind of hard to explain it sounds like oil is popping in a bubbly sort of way. Almost like its boiling. Does anyone have a clue what may be causing this??? Should i be worried??? Engine temps were normal.
