Market for a 3.6T
Hey there,
I am toying with the idea of selling my '94 3.6 Turbo. I just don't drive it much---owned it for almost 3 years and have put about 7000 miles on it. I purchased the car from Weissach Autohaus (Oxford, CT) in February 2007.
Details on the car: Black on Black; 86,000 miles (top end by Dan Jacobs at 79,000 miles); Very good condition; 3 piece Speedlines with new tires (Sumitomo); recent service at Hairy Dog Grrrage totalling $2260 (rebuilt WUR, new turbo cut-off valve, new fuel filler neck hose, new H-4 bulbs, LOF, brake flush, etc...); sport seats; cat by-pass (original cat included); new brake pads; Armour Fend protection.
The car runs very strong and is in very good condition. It is a driver, but still turns heads. I would rate the paint an 8.5/10 and the interior a 9/10. I was just wondering what the Rennlist think-tank feels the value of the car might be?
If I do decide to sell, pix will be posted and a PPI will be welcome. Should I also advertise internationally? Your comments and thoughts are definitely appreciated!!!

Mike,
I am sure you read the thread below this one about the purchase of a 964T. With your current mileage and this market I would say the car is a 35k to 45K number. If you use Ray Josephs at RPM as the guage for top dollar asking prices, his black/black 40000 mile car has an ask of 68K. Plus it has been for sale for a long time. But I dont think there is much of a market at any price right now. Maybe just some bottom feeders.

Thanks Craig. The #'s you mention are pretty much what I figured. I may contact an international broker to gauge any interest in sending the car back to the Fatherland.
"Bottom feeders"? Hah---they are everywhere!!!

Nope---gave it away......
****ty time to sell a car. But a great time to buy one as I used the proceeds to help fund my GT3 SuperCup.
Now if I could only find a buyer for my RSA track car. I won't give it away and am perfectly content to have 2 track-only cars.

I would have loved if you had given it away to me. The search continues. Anyone considering selling their 94 turbo. Looking for a higher mileage one which be in my price range.
