Could someone tell me if I jump from terminal 30 to terminal 87 should both pumps run with the fuel pump relay removed? I let the battery run down and recharged it and now it won't start and also the radio doesn't come on . I may have disturbed something on the alarm system.

Al, jump pole 30 to pole 87. Both fuel pumps are energized by relay R 61.
