Default WTB: Maritime Blue 964 Turbo

No BS private-party buyer for 3.3L or 3.6L turbo car...or even an RS America. I know it may be a needle in a haystack, but....

Wow you aren't asking for much. Maybe 1-2 in the world probably. Definitely less than 5.

Last one I saw was over in Europe that someone on here bought and posted some amazing photos.

Good luck in your search.

Maybe buy one that needs a new paint job.

Silver M5,

I hear you on the color change, but that math is about as good as the odds of finding a factory-painted car. Nevertheless, I am trying to buy a car that would require a color change, but we are still $4K apart...which almost covers the cost of the interior upgrades, so I need to hold firm. As for a mint green car, thanks TurboChas, but that's not quite my fantasy, close, but not quite. Having said that, I called Tim Holt anyway, because I am such a sucker for all of the "funky" colors. He said "I wish" so sorry MetalGuru. I appreciate the help from all. Thanks.

Here are some pics of Maritime and Mint 3.6 Turbo's purchased in the UK back in Aug & Sept 2008. Good luck with your search for those 'needles'...

I have not come across either of these colors in the US and I have kept an eye on the US turbo market since around 2001. We know of one signal green which is now in Holland and there are a few tahoe blues which have been spotted by people on this forum. A few Horizon, cobalt and 3 oak green 2-3.3's and one 3.6. You may find that the haystack is shy a needle or 2 when it comes to mint and maritime.

Good luck although i would think it would be far easier to paint as others said.

Anthony, I saw a Mint Green 3.3 for sale at a dealer up in Petoskey, Michigan in 2000. It's the only one I've ever seen in the U.S.

A gentleman emailed me awhile ago with a Maritime Blue Turbo 3.6, atleast I believe it was Maritime Blue , for sale a few months back it had VERY low miles on it 4k, with an almost white colored interior and Techart seats and steering wheel very very nice. It was located in the southern part of canada. His email address is gprohaska@rogers.com. Here are some pictures he sent me, I believe I have more if you're interested. This was back in October I'm not sure if he has sold it yet but worth a try. He didn't seem like he was actively trying to sell it so he may still have it. VERY nice car though. Enjoy....

That looks like Horizon Blue not Maritime.

Now when we are talking about Horizon.. I can understand the colour is pretty rare on a 964 Turbo, but what about the 993 Turbo?

Nice car. Are those seats Koenig or older Recaro sports?

I'm surprised someone(notice I didn't volunteer) hasn't come up with "the end all thread" with pics featuring stock colors.
