Fritz ........you're 100% right. It would look much better, however I'm leaving the car completly stock
and original.

Asimler , did you enhance that photo in the avatar? .......Almost doesn't look real, paints incredible.

You guys are the coolest, I wish I could get my 965 to play with other turbos like yours, even though it's just a lowly 3.3 it still likes to have fun. Thanks for the photos .

Thanks, I took the pic immediately after a zymol treatment and then did press something in photoshop - but I think it was just increased sharpness

Anthony & Mike,

Great cars, great pics. Looks like you three had a blast.

Hey A thompson, you are in Ann Arbor, I am in Grosse Pointe, and I think there is at least one other Rennlist 965 in the Detroit area. We need to do what these Jersey Boys did here in Motown. What do you think?

Sorry for the hijack...

Too bad we had to cut the day short although lounging on the beach is never a bad compromise to driving a turbo.

Mike if you shoot me an email or an address I have about 90 shots from the day. The ones I posted were the best but I can burn them to CD and send them to you. Too bad I had forgotten the camera was set up for indoor shots. The yellow cast kind of ruined them but still pictures in motion are the best especially at those speeds. Not to easy to frame you in and keep an eye on what i was doing (driving). Although I am sure you can doctor the pictures to look correct.

BTW I went up to Little Silver on Sunday and met with my wifes cousin, he is a Porsche guy also and he uses Bodymotion. He says he had seen yours and Frank's cars there. I am thinking it might be worth a drive down to them to see about fixing the issue with me rear bumper since the have done such nice work on everyone else's cars.

racelance,

Your forgiven, its not like were talking a stock C6 now is it.

I need to get some motion shots of my car one day, they look great standing still but so much better in action.

Let me know what week your down. I have a place on Haven Beach although I normally take the GTS we could go for a drive if you bring the 993.

It was stock - long ago!

Yes, motion shots are awesome. I was fortunate to have a photographer take those images that I posted. I kept asking him why he took so many photographs - after seeing the pics I 100% understood why... I'm a point & shoot kind of guy.

Cheers,

Lance

PS Next time you guys go for a spin - count me in!

Anthony, I'll let you know when my wife booked the house. I am looking to buy down there but waiting for the market to level, and yes the 993 will be there so we can take a spin-Paul

Anthony, I'll take some shots of your car running. We'll get together again
end of July or the first week of August. Maybe we can talk Frank into giving us the keys to his GT.

Maybe we can get a bunch of cars together this time.

It was good fun - sorry about my late additions (due to travel). I'm ready for another one, anytime before July 9. This time we'll need to do a little more diriving (with Mike's special card on hand):
