Exclusive porsche help needed
I am trying to search through the forums for some answers. I have read up on the exclusive program but I don't know where to look up a VIN and see if it really is exclusive. I'm looking at this particular car which states that it was supposedly ordered through "exclusive"....
Thanks for any help.

I would suggest calling PCNA maybe (maybe) they can help. I do know that the color combo was special order. Sorry I can't offer more.

Gandara,
you can't tell by the VIN number and the cars are all built on the same assemply line and ordered through your Porsche dealer. The way the Porsche Exclusive Program works is that you can specify options and colors that are "non standard". For example, a paint to sample, would be an exclusive option. The fire extinguisher installation on my GT3 was an "Exclusive Option". The original window sticker would show all of this information clearly. If you are the owner of the car, you can also order a Certificate of Authenticity from Porsche NA that should show this kind of information.
Nice car!

If I recall correctly, exclusive program options start with "X" so you should be able to pick them right off the option sticker on the hood. I see the "Exclusive Program Car" used pretty liberally in advertisements. It seems this description can be used on a car just a single exclusive option or one with $60k worth of custom leather goodies.
