Default Upgrade question.

Hello,

I have a stock 965 Turbo -91 with 28000 miles on the clock.

If i want a little more power wich is the first lets say five steps i schould make.

I´m running now with sport filter de-catalyst and g-pipe other wise stock.

Thanks for your input.

What a beauty you have there!
Where are you located?
Since you already have decat these are my suggestions:

1. If you want more power + torque you could add some aftermarket headers, that will give you faster spool-up and better driveability. Do a search on B&B, GHL or GSF. Huge improvement
2. Add a proper boost gauge, the stock one cannot show more than 0,7bar
3. Raising boost via wastegate spring or Boostcontroller. Always check AFR to make sure the car wont run lean. Dont exceed 1bar.
4. Add more fuel if necessary
5. Add K27HFS Turbocharger
6. Enjoy!

Drew, I'm not familiar with that. Can you elaborate on it?
Thanks.

BMC kit is same as/ similar to the ImagineAuto high flow kit.
Not too sure about the science but something to do with colder air. Someone else will come along and explain....
Maybe sounds different too? Amd tidies up the engine compartment.

It's the filter pack that fabspeed markets as their own; I picked mine up from Imagine Auto. The kit provides filters for the CIS intake, oil tank breather, and some other small line that fed into the stock air box.

Benefits:

1. Sound
2. You can work on your car much much easier.

+1 although I would also buy an Innovate AFR setup. It's much better to check AFR's in real world situations than on a dyno. Best to log the data while you drive and then check it later on to fine tune the CIS. You will likely need a Brian Leask adjustable WUR and the solenoid kit to get your AFR as perfect as possible.

I have a Powerflow type air filter assy but I wouldn't say that was in the top five. I've gave you seven above already... Ooops
