We don't know. This is the only one I have seen in the US and I have been watching the market since 2002. Could be the only one but there are still a hundred or so out there that have not surfaced since 2002.

You would be the one to know Anthony. There has to be some list out there. I wonder if you could get one from Porsche. I'm sure they keep track of these things.

Stopped at the dealer off I-10 in Houston this weekend and saw a new cab in what appeared to be this color, the people working there were such a-holes that I left in a hurry w/o checking to see what color the sticker indicated. Guess they might have some of the color left over....................

Let us know what you end up with.

Actually it is nearly impossible to say. PCNA has no info and the factory itself kept poor records. I had a contact or shall we say a friend of a contact in the factory who did some digging for me on my cobalt color and was only given a vague response. I had mentioned that I knew of 2 in this color and the response was that number appears to be very close to being correct.

I later found that the info was useless because as we all learned a third showed up. So for now you have a 1 of 1 until someone can prove otherwise.

Well you defiantley have the better interior of the three with black. It'll br fun to see if another one (Signal Green) shows up....94 3.6 that is. There is a 91 or 92 in this color, I think somewhere in China or Japan. The first car I saw in this color was a 996 TT and thought it was the coolest color I had ever seen, I think it even had colored interior panels too.

it is so f'n rare it doesn't matter if its 1 of 1 or 1 of 3.....I've only seen in person or read about 4 964's in any body style in this color. It is the cats ***! If the market takes another +400 point leap anytime soon (net on top of today of course), that car will be gone...and I know where it will be parked.

Thanks, thats what I think. It's just that I don't drive it like I should, I'm too worried something going to happen to it, like some sort of freakin priceless work of art. Can't wait for the market to go up

Right on my Zermatt brother!

BTW it looks like there's another 1991 Zermatt 965 in Australia - see this old thread (which involves Sonny):

https://rennlist.com/forums/showthre...zermatt+silver

It will be RHD so you car may still be unique in being the only 1991 LHD Zermatt Silver 965!

I know of one 964 here in Northern Colorado that is signal green. I am pretty sure it is a C4 car. I know fora fact that it isn't a turbo.

Any bites on selling it yet?

There is one 964 C2 in europe somewhere that is Signal Green and is amazing, he posted some pics here several months back. I've gotten a lot of bites, some serious, some tire kickers. We'll see what happens.

Guess not many folks wanted to spend $100,000.00 for a pea green car.

I don't think color choices were easy to make back then. Unless you had a car on the lot to see the little 1" square swatches printed on paper did nothing to sell the color. I have the factory color brochure and I would never have picked cobalt from the swatch. So glad I bought the car I did, because it looks so good in person.
