Keeping the "Dot"
Hi all,
Just realized last night the "dot" from the car's rear "Turbo 3.6" emblem has been fallen off again. This has been my second lost dot after a year of ownership.
Now I have to order the whole emblem from Porsche again just to get the "dot." Anyone know a good adheresive that would perform a better job? Better yet anyone know if we can just buy the "dot" without buying the rest of the emblem?

I'm not sure about a better, safer adhesive. I had to buy the entire emblem to replace my dot.
Do other people wash your car? That's when you are probably losing it.

Mine fell off when I was drying the back after a wash. Luckily I saw it fall of and I just glued it back on. Have to be careful when rubbing over the emblem. You have to buy the entire emblem to replace it

Thank god my local dealer actually has a set in stock. Will glue the dot back and hopefully it will stay on forever 
Meanwhile it is not a bad idea to order a few spares as they are just USD45 for the whole emblem
