"However it depends on how much cheaper a car like this would fetch. I'm guessing anything up to £4000 cheaper."
Yes, that could cover a very thorough refit ;-)

Glad to see you are feeling better Mark. How much less do you think this car would easily sell for compared to a Black on Black?
I appreciate it may not be worth much less if you waited long enough for the right buyer but that could take 2 years+.

fabbes83.
Beautiful car!!
My good friend saw this color combo on a Porsche during a German vaction in the mid 90s and decided to restore his 86 "hybrid" 930 in the same color combo. Hey used the both the factory paint and interior color codes for his project.

That Hybrid 930 is another unique and VERY impressive (understatement) car that has been for sale for quite some time, my understanding is that the owner past away and his wife is selling the car currently?

- fabbes83: just added acouple more pics and I'm trying to locate an interior shot.
- Yasin,
You are correct, my friend passed away sometime ago and the wife is selling the car. It is very unique & very trick as the owner was an old street rodder who got hooked on Porsches and began to turn his talents and his primary business to Porsches.
He had the money, time and patience, know-how and contacts to do things correctly and with a high level of detail. I wish the pics were better so you could see how incredibly detailed and clean this car is.. if you look closely, you can see that the engine case is polished..it's like that on the inside too!
All of his cars were done to a high level of detail. Another friend bought this guys 993 Cab and has won several local concours with the car, all he had to do was just a basic wash a light clean-up! I'll post pics of it too if I can find some as it had a unique look to it as well.

That car looks good to me.
btw, Nathan, how do you mean a colour change is not expensive? You'd need to do the full dash, doorcards, tops etc. probably headlining, back seats etc. NOT cheap. Full carpet replacement is a pig of a job (the best quote I have for professional is £1000).

Very nice. This looks identical to Porsha's car.
