Default EFI ..passing emissions

I have a 3.6T that has an EFI conversion.

After tunning I am using an adjustable trim module to fine adjust fuel.(plugs right into the Haltech.)

In CT., car goes on rollers at 25MPH. I leaned out just a little.

Not only did it pass the emissions were less than half of what the car could be to pass and that is without a CAT.

Wow EFI is clean !

That's great Elliot; with my CIS and B&B system I set new highs on how bad a car can fail .

elliot, my EFI converted 3.6 just failed miserably in GA. What kind of power are you making. My AFR is set at 13.5 or so, and it failed by 6 fold. The test for my car was to run at 2500 rpm for 90 seconds. no load. I am searching for a way to pass! Can you share what the test was it CT?

Phil,

Do you need to borrow my cat? I can ship it down if that will help.

I'll bet there are a lot of redundant cats on this site

You could borrow mine. He can be used to distract the tech operating the machine.

Bogy 1

Hi ,
I'm away for few days in Fl so i can give you the values when I get back.

I have a haltech E11V2 ECU
55 lb injectors.
Blown six IC
custom turbo
GHL headers
tuned to modest power for track work
486 RWhp @.9 bar.
Do you have an A f R guage?

I kept my AF at 14.7 during the test using my trim module
1st gear at about 4100 which is 25 mph. (very light load)

Elliot
