Here's my list:
2002 ZO6 Vette (Kind of "Boring Speed", nice car but too reserved)
1970 440-Six Pack Plymouth 'Cuda ( Matching #'s Shaker Hood..Enough said on this one)
1969 Dodge Super Bee (Stroked 500" Big Block...FUN)
2006 Dodge Ram 3500 4x4 w/ a Nicely modded Cummins diesel (You would be surprised)
And my Favorite Sunday morning car...91' 911 Turbo (Few mods done, by far the best built car out of all of them

My daily driver: 01 BMW M5 (11" light weight fly wheel, Short shifter, Dinan exhaust) very nice for everyday driving and always there for the need of speed.
Previous toys:
02 BMW M roadster S54 fun, quick, not fast enough for me.
92 Porsche 965 midnight blue, white interior. Missed it badly. Sold to buy 3.6 Turbo.
70 Datsun 240Z lot of mods. 300 hp+ normal aspirated Rebello Racing engine. Very fast, loud, smell like a race car.
Along with various cars: Lexus IS300,land cruiser, 280z's.260z's,280zx's,300zx's,510's bmw325i 530i.. and lost count
Still love my rocketship 3.6 Turbo.

Lance, which coilovers did you choose? Also, don't flash the ECU. It's your first hit off the crack pipe. I thought my S4 was ungodly fast when I first "chipped" it. Two years later, I had APR Stg3, I'd designed and developed the X-1 Intake, gone through two different sets of aftermarket coilovers, exhausts, Stoptech brakes, done turbo swaps on mine and friends' cars, and done countless late-night hours of fine tuning with APR's ECU Explorer software to extract that last one or two degrees of ignition timing and 1/10sec 60-90mph time.
For perspective, stock bi-turbo S4 does 60-90mph in ~7+sec. Chipped goes to ~5.5, mine was doing 3sec flat on race gas.

The best thing about the S4 is that it is soo low key - an boy does it go with a little remap, Miltek exhaust, coilovers, etc...
Thought I'd share a photo of my other grocery getter in action. It's a sleeper too.

My plans are to enjoy the stock turbo's until they blow up. The car only has 25k miles on it now. My cousin races (hill climbs & road races) an S4, he's really happy to steer me in the right direction (of spending money on the car).
I purchased the Vogtland coilovers - I'm only useing the car for street use only (no racing). So I did some research and found that these coilovers seem to please everyone that owns 'em. I hope I'm happy, I just got them today. I also ordered the hypershifter - short throw shifter, I can't get over how sloppy they are stock. I just got my Iforge rims today - now I just need the time to get everything installed.
Thanks for the heads up! Any other pointers?
Cheers,
Lance
PS It's funny we both have the same color S4 - small world!

I have the ABT chip for the S4 (modified for the crappy US gas) and the MTM set-up for the RS4 (which requires me to use an octane booster in Ireland). I drove all the way to Munich to bring the RS4 to MTM - Great people. I should have also had the bigger fuel tank installed. Had about 100 miles range under full load on the Autobahn.

I had the Abt software with the stock turbos; it was great even on miserable California gas.
I have a fuel station 10mi from home that pumps 100 octane unleaded so I'm looking forward to EFI. Right now I'm just trying to find time to pull my muffler and weld in the bung for my wideband, but sooner or later that bug 'll bite! And my wife will come out to the garage to find me head down in the engine bay throwing CIS parts over both shoulders.

Lance, I first did Bilstein/H&R Sport and was ultimately dissatisfied. I drove a lot of S4s in my tuning efforts, including cars with all the STaSIS setups (friends with their team manager), the Vogtland, H&R and Koni coilovers. I LOVED my PSS9s.
I managed to leave my K03s in until 29k before going Stg3 (K04s). Y'know that lovely midrange your K03s have? Now imagine the torque continues to built to redline rather than falling flat at 5k. Around town it's hard to fault a chipped K03 bi-turbo, but on the freeway the K04s clear their throats and get down to business about the time the K03s are overspun and pumping heat.
