Default Anyone know this car?

Weird that it doesn't have red calipers. Interior looks great; love two tone.

No, I could be wrong but if you ask me someone played with the odometer. When The 3 in 3x,xxx is not even with the rest that is usually a sign of odo tampering, although further investigation needs to determine if that is the case or not.

Thanks Anthony. Aren't the black calipers out of the ordinary?

Black calipers were an option on the 94's. The car used in the movie Bad Boys had black calipers also.

I don't know the car, but I know the shop on the plates (Fischer). I'm in IL, and am taking my racecar to Fischer tomorrow morning. I'd be happy to ask about it, if you'd like. Good, honest, people. No affiliation, yada yada....

I second Cobalt's comment - that "3" doesn't look right either.... tread carefully, and of course, let us know which one you buy!

Nice colour combo - same interior as mine - cashmere and black.

Couple of things I spotted though:

1. Odo as others have pointed out.
2. Scruffy carpets... could have at least vacuumed them before taking the pictures.
3. Missing cigar lighter.
4. AC pipework in the engine bay is loose and not clipped in place properly on top of the air filter housing
5. Is there not supposed to be a "." between the 3 and 6 on the Turbo 3.6 models?
6. Front end is very low in this picture (http://i10.ebayimg.com/02/i/000/b3/f5/ac57_3.JPG)... more so than the back

My car is getting ready to trip up to the next 10k increment, and it looks exactly like that. The car has 39,000 and change on it. The 3 is just getting ready to change into a 4, in my opinion of course. Always worth a serious check/inspection.

bogey, good point.
If the list of faults so far are the only fix needed, then that is a fantastic car. Most of us spend a fortune on bringing a car up to spec!

PS: Megatron, the car has upgraded suspension, so probably adjustable height. Some people like to exagerate the rake so it dips at the front.

Rick Fischer did not know the car. Also said the "3" sounds a little strange. Do your homework, of course, but Rick tends to know his customer's cars. Good luck.

As already said, the reason why the 3 isn't lined up is is because the car has nearly reached 40,000 miles...

Thanks for all the feedback so far guys. I'm a bit hesitant on color, though. On my computer it looks black. I'll try to view it on a better monitor.

Maybe, although my C2 has 49,950 miles on it and the 4 is perfectly in line so who knows at this point. Easy enough to check if the bezel has been pried free at one point and whether the green paint on the screws at the back of the gage is still there. If not I would be concerned.
