Default Has anyone tried to fit 997 Turbo wheels?

The sizes are: fronts 235-35ZR 19" x 8.5" 56mm offset, Rear: 305-30ZR 19" x 11" 51mm offset. Looks like it will fit with the exception the the rear tire. Might have to go 285 or 295. I like the look and the price.

Wow, no one. Does anyone have an opinion on fitment? With the offset of 51mm on the rears it might stick out too far out. I have used 18x11 295/30 18 65mm with barely any rub on the left rear outer fender, but had to use a 7mm spacer. It looks like if I use 275 or 285 on the rears it should fit.

c"mon you Tire & Wheel mavens out there. Help the guy out on this one. (Pricipally because I'd like the answer as well.)
Also, can anyone PhotoShop these wheels onto a 964 Turbo to see what they might look like?
Thanks.

America,

Try them, at most you are 2mm on the aggressive side. I like to know if the 11's fit as well. I believe you have turbo trailing arms and hubs.

IMO they're too flat/straight/angular to suit the curvy 964 body.

Megatron-UK, I thought of that myself, but I really don't know until its on the car. Would like to see it on a 965 or turbo body car before I buy them. I see them for sale all the time locally and on ebay.

Find a local guy through PCA that would be willing to test fit on your car one Saturday.

Or maybe post on here for a taker.

11's were fitted to the 964RSR, offsets I have no idea, IMO the 997 turbo wheels look crap but each to their own.

RE: Photoshop

Post a pic of the side of a car (straight) and the face of the wheel & tyre. I will post the fake for you.

I have a yellow 3.6t I could use.

Other than the fact that the have totally different offsets and 993t wheels won't fit on a 964t.
