Do a search for "marcus" and "carbon fiber".

I am also thinking about having a limited run of turbo tail rubbers done in cf from my manufacturer. Not sure what the market would be for such a part though.

On the turbo S it is only the facings that are CF. They are sold in many places, marcus is certainly a great option. Many board sponsors carry them as well such as Gert.

The full CF dashboard is a different thing and can be had at FVD that I know of.

Who was the supplier and is it really CF or one of the CF films offered on the market?

Thanks,

Paul

Actually that is not true. I have the complete factory Turbo S "Exclusive" kit in my turbo and there are sections of the dash that were removed and replaced, like the air bag cover and some other parts. I have the original pieces from the car that were replaced when I purchased it. It also says Exclusive in the lower right hand corner of the AB part.

Please excuse the old bad pictures. I am installing the CF steering wheel and Sportster CS Seats should have new pics of my interior this week.

Anthony I have the same interior. You have the option to replace, or simply stick the CF on top of the original dashboard..

Marcus was OEM supplier and still supplies some of the big aftermarket names.

What I was meant by replacement was the upper dashboard cover in CF..

Thanks.

I really like the thought of saving weight though, not just the appearance. I think the real thing would be pretty cool in my 930. Shame it is the wrong end of the car to lose weight though

Really, I was told the factory parts only came one way, I would think it would be a lot easier to do the overlay. The gage surround on the exclusive kit wraps around underneath the gages also.

Nice dash, although I would think that might be a bit reflective in bright sunlight. I have a second dash I was thinking of having covered in leather It weighs < 5 pounds in vinyl how much does the CF dash weigh? I am sure it is a bit on the $$ side but must look great.

That was the rumor floating around Rennlist a few years ago but you might want to double-check with him on that one.
