Looked at a white 91 turbo in fla. and the black paint behind the wheels and on the rockers is peeling/chipping off, down to the white. The seller is definitely not a track guy and the car has been in his family since it had 4000 miles. He has all of the records since then. Also the transparent rock guards on the rear fenders are yellowed and cracked. The car is garaged kept, but the owner is not one for spending time cleaning it. It was pretty dirty when I saw it. Any ideas?

The fl sun is hard on cars since we have it year round. I would not worry about it just get it painted and replace the guards.The peeling black paint could be from him using a car wash machine.
