Ode to Joy aka Man, I love this car!
Sunday, 10am, 72F (21C), hazy sunshine & empty roads. I fitted my new Speedlines (that I bought from Anthony (Cobalt) last year, thanks again) with a set of new Pilot Sport PS2s and went for a drive. I read somewhere that an hour or so of high-rev, spirited driving is a good remedy against carbon-buildup. This must be the best advice anybody has ever given me.
The new wheels and tires made a great car even better. Plenty of grip, less road noise and the whole car feels way more planted. I run out of courage before the car even breaks a sweat. I think that life is somewhere between very good and very, very good.
I will try to include some pictures, one of the passenger-side rear wheel with PS2 tire, one of my Turbo 3.6 sitting in a completely different universe that can be found a mere 30 miles outside of Chicago and one of my odometer that is cute for anybody who recognizes my avatar and pointless for everybody else.
I hope everybody enjoys their cars as much as I enjoy mine.
