Every 930 that I saw before I bought my 964 T had 7's in the front and 8's in the rear. The most popular upgrade is to move move the 8's to the front and buy 9's for the rear but 9 inch wide Fuchs are getting scarce.
Over on the Pelican 911 Technical Forum there is a guy (screen name Moses) who is manufacturing a beautiful 17 inch diameter Fuchs replica for the 930 (9's for the front, 11's for the rear).
By the way, if I had a 930 I'd stay with the Fuchs.

I have RH Wheels on my NA. I think they are the best looking wheels and on any year Turbo, you can't go wrong (my opinion). One word of caution, the rims are soft so be very careful going over speed bumps and watch out for potholes. I was warned by a fellow Rennlister when I bought mine about three months ago.

I agree with ronone. RH's are SOFT. But here is a picture of my brother-in-laws 87 911T. The wheels were refinshed with a polished lip. Just a little food for thought.

Has anyone had an issue with ABS not functioning when running bigger tires?

According to the owners manual bigger diameter tires may confuse the ABS. I quote: The control of the ABS brake system is set for standard size tires. If non-standard size tires are fitted, the control unit may misinterpet the speed of the vehicle, because of the variant data it recieves from the sensors on the axles.
If the difference in rolling radius exceeds approximately 6%, the control unit deactivates the ABS system and the ABS warning lamp lights up.

Hi guys... Here's a small preview as promised. Still waiting on the center caps. GHL exhaust just installed. I hope to finish it up real soon. I'm still waiting for my 993 mirrors and H4 lights to get here.

Wider tires doesn't necessarily constitute larger rolling dia. The stock 265 35 is around 25.2" rolling dia and a 285 30 or 295 30 come in around 25.4" so this should have no impact.

Bernard,

Although you car looked great stock so far the wheels look good.

I hope you are keeping the stock wheels also.
