It's an open female contact, I believe you just bridge it.
You should be able to find pictures on this forum if you search, it was up a year ago or so if I remember correctly.

The Bentley book says Pin 4 [Brown/White] on the EZ 69 relates to Octane Number. When I had a relay tray earthing problem I recall finding an unconnected female connector taped into a loom next to the EZ69. That's all I can help with, as I don't seem to have a photo.

According to what I found searching the jumper is for retarding the ignition.

Questions;

Should there be any concern about engine knock by increasing the ignition timing across the rpm range by 6.5 degrees?

Would 93 octane be enough to prevent any risks on a 1+bar setup?

Installing Knocklink or an aftermarket knock sensor may be necessary?

Does anyone know any details behind the remapping from the 3.3t to the 3.6t? Doubtful but I wonder if the 3.6 version would have any benefit on a 3.3 engine.

Always here to learn.

I believe the maps on ez 69 both 3.3 and 3.6 (which is different) are unknown. these include advance and retard according to boost pressure and RPM and load.
