Default Speedlines Stolen

My Speedline for Porsche wheels (polished Turbo wheels) were stolen yesterday. My car is now sitting on wooden blocks!

Where is the best place to get R&H Speedline replicas?

That sucks for sure. Where was the car when it happened? I'm assuming on the street? Mine are currently in the shop getting refurbished to the tune of over $1k, & I'd be very pizzed if someone ripped mine .

Any cameras? Sorry to hear about that. A 3.6 w/o the speedlines is almost like a lost soul. Can't you still get them new?

Sorry to hear about that. I recently took my wheel locks off because thye weren't really going to stop anyone any way. The guy that mounted my tires was laughing at my wheel locks saying that he hadn't heard of anyone stealing wheels since the 70s. I guess he hasn't been to Texas recently.

How long were you away from the car when this happened?

Stolen wheels are a big liability issue for new car dealers. On topic the garages insurance is on the hook for this one, you are a licensee as such you have legal standing to submit an insurance claim. Sorry this happened to you, I hope there is a silver lining somewhere.

It happened in Houston in the parking garage of the apartment complex where I live. The representative for the owner told me that they are not liable for anything. I am still waiting for the claims adjuster of my insurance company to look at the car. The Corvette that is parked next to my car is also sitting on wooden blocks.

Is there any security camera around your parking garage ? I also have experience the same incident before when I was in San Francisco. Luckily I had 2 alarm system on my car, when they try to remove the first, they trigger the second one !!! Is your garage an underground , under your apartment complex ?

There are security cameras at the entrance/exit. However, neither the management nor the police are interested in reviewing the tapes. The police did not even come to investigate.
