I would definitely only fit genuine rotors/discs. As for the pads OEM should be fine.

oki sorry misunderstand the word OEM i believe it was parts that i purchase at the porsche dealer
could some explanin for my what oem parts is?

Curious to know if this has anything to do with it. I use steel lugs and torque them to 100 #ft vs the required 96. Not so sure an extra 30% will make much difference. It is being bolted up against a flat surface and I could be wrong but doesn't sound like enough additional load against steel to make it warp.

There is OE and OEM. OE always stands for Original Equipment as supplied by the company in this case Porsche. OEM stands for Original Equipment Manufacturer. This can be read 2 ways. 1st as the original manufacturer and supplier of the parts used and sold by Porsche. Second as the Original manufacturer that supplies Porsche but is selling a slightly revised product based on the OE part.

When buying OEM parts some people try to pull a fast one and infer the parts are OE and although made by the same company who makes the parts for Porsche might not be to the same specifications.

Just like Speedline and BBS manufacture wheels for Porsche sold with Porsche part numbers. You can also buy similar looking wheels made by these companies and they might not meet the same criteria as the Porsche wheels.

How much time did the shop spend on checking other alternative sources for your problem?

Seriously, that front hub must be at least 5 inches deep and it's damn strong, how the heck would you be able to warp the disc by pulling the wheel nuts too hard, even if you really wanted too?!

If they know that the warping was caused by the wheel nuts where too tight, why then say you should use genuine Porsche pads, they allready found the problem?!

My experience is that shops sometimes feels they need to deliver a quick answer, they found the wheel nuts to be tighter than normal, so that's got to be the problem....

I had my share of warped discs, each and every time I could relate it to heat or excessive wear on the disc (cracked all the way through). Since our cars are heavy and have lots of hp we (or at least I can't) run pads like Blue Pagid and Carbopad since they generate to much heat.

But, this is on the track, on the street I can't see how you would be able to warp a healthy disc with any pad unless you "slam dunk" break from 150mph over and over.
