I have a friend that are intressted in a 964 turbo, how rare is a car without sunroof

They were an (expensive) optional extra I believe in Europe - mine is Luxembourg car and doesn't have one. I have to say all the cars I've seen have got them so probably quite rare...

Yes the price is god but we wabt to buy the right one a car that is right...

my point is that if you think it is the right one, then buy it. From a resale point of view a sun roof would bring more $$$ unless someone is specifically looking for a track car.

More qestions this car should have a factory power pack with 350hp is this something that was avaibly or is this aftermarket

I've read anywhere from 355-360hp stock for a '94 turbo.

Like someone already said, the sunroof delete is cool if you want a track car(less weight and should have more room for a tall guy with a helmet on) - and it is one less thing to break on your car too. I wouldn't pay too much of a premium though for a sunroof delete on this car.

This is a -91 and has 320hp in stock form here in Europe but this one has a factory kit 350hp..Is this any thing that was avaibly

The factory did supply a power kit which boosted the power up to 355bhp (the x33 option as John says) - now that is something that would add value to the car!!!

Yes the X33 package similar to the Andial S2 cars in the US. IIRC the US did not offer a sunroof delete on the 964 turbo. The sunroof is useless but I would not pay extra to get a car without one unless it was going to become a track car.

Understand what you are saying, but we think sunroof is ugly and nothing to have on a sports car, so for us is it worth extra and here in Sweden alot of people think sunroof for a porsche is useless...

I won't argue with you on how useless the sunroofs are and I for one would opt for a car without it, but not offered here. My previous 911 had no sunroof and the added headroom was nice. Not to mention how much easier it is to keep clean and polished.

IIRC the X33 package offered different cams and a few other things, it might possibly have had slightly more boost. Specifics might be found in Adrian's book.
