Surprisingly not that much more. there is a little more tone and a little more burble but both are only mildly louder than the bypass and muffler.

I have the B&B on my 92T with a cat bypass, and while not loud, it does have a little bit of punch with it. Of course, at its loudest, I am just trying to hang on, so I don't even notice it.

I have the straight through, no cat, no muffler (and in fact no w/g silencer either) and can thoroughly recommend it, it sound great. Yes its louder but not TOO loud (sounds like a tuned V8 at low revs). No resonance and when windows up is not bad at all around town. The biggest downside is the amount of pops, although I like it, and so many other 911 owners who have heard it. But I understand this can be dialled out with a richer mixture.

Overall it sounds like a powerboat or jet!!

PS: The only caveat I would point out, is get a good cat bypass (not the simple straight one) or race cat. It'll keep the noise combo more acceptable.

That would be great to see one of your vids.

Thanks to everyone for the info and experience.

Does the B&B Muffler and B&B WG pipe replace both the factory cat & final muffer (as well as the factory WG pipe) ?

i.e. Does the B&B muffler run accross the back "backbox" and bolt up directly to the turbo ?

Rgds,

I can take some pictures tomorrow fo you if you'd like. I just got my turbo back from the shop. I have the B&B headers with heat as well.

That would be great. I'm considering that setup.

What have you noticed performance wise and noise wise?

Yes, it is a direct bolt in and does include the pipe for the wastegate as well as the air injection line in the muffler. They take no mod to fit and come with the gaskets and clamps.
