I hope you're right... mine is the very last (1993) and has 77K miles and pulls like a train, hopefully, engine rebuild a LONG way off!

Graeme - i understand your dilemma only too well.My 3.6 with S motor has only 11k miles and dynod at 400hp stock.After being on this forum for a while its very tempting to start modding and while it would be easy to up the power a bit i would soon start on the brakes,suspension etc and probably devalue the car a lot.Better to by a track car, but then i need another garage and trailer.My head said dont buy that 3.6 , but then who follows their head with 911s !

I know. I've been down this road many times before and I don't want to do it again. But there is a certain 964 3.8RS for sale that I reckon would make a fantastic track/road car. I don't not want a car that I have to trailer to the circuit. And better still it would look great in the garage with the 3.6 as it's the same colour. I think I'm going mad ?.

If i had space and the funds i would buy a 964RS in a flash.Better than money in the building society !
