Have you considered doing it yourself? The rear shelf speakers are easy just a bit of hand cramps and short screwdrivers. Search the forum and you will find lots of advice and old posts on "how to"
For example on the 964 forum https://rennlist.com/forums/showthre...light=speakers

No I hadnt considered that actually. Installed the stereo in my last car.. but with the 964 door speakers and wanting to get an amp installed as well not sure i'm confident enough not to make a mess of it.
I will have a look through the threads and see how it looks.
Thanks

The factory amp is under the passenger seat. I put an amp in the trunk of a previous 964, had a panal installed under the carpet in front of the fuel tak and then mounted amp on it. Worked fine but I had that done at a car stereo store. I replaced the factory speakers, no problems. The rear decks are small but you can find speakers to fit..Sometimes they dont have a grill so you need to reuse the factory ones. Currently I have the Porsche navigation radio in mine(made by Becker) the factory amp and 5.25 120w speakers in the rear.
