Default Know of any good engine shops in PA or NJ area?

I am thinking of having my engine redone w/ some slight performance mods and looking for a good shop, not trying to build a track car if that makes a difference. Any input would be greatly appreciated, Thanks.

If this is for a Turbo car. I have heard good things about Protosport in Pompton Plains, NJ.

Since I'm on the topic and their seems to be a few good choices for shops in the area, Anyone have a rough idea as to what I would be looking at price wise? (I'm use to muscle car engine rebuilds) Engine has 72k miles currently, I am not sure what would be needed but my goal would to be to increase the power up around the 450 HP range. Car already has a B&B exhaust and headers, adjustable bost and fuel enrichment but I would like to have it completely rebuilt the right way to increase the power.

Don't know what the cost would be, but more ponnies you want the more it will cost! Don't forget to add the special Porsche Tax :-)

I agree with Frank on these 2 you might also want to try Rick DeMan at www.demanmotorsport.com.

If you want a good solid rebuild Dan is the man if you want super power I would recommend Rick, although Rick does top quality without all the extra hp if you don't want to spend the extra change.
