Default valve adjustment finished but can hear a ticking sound

finished the valve adjustment and started her up i double and triple checked the valves before putting the covers back on on starting her up and letting her warm up i can hear a ticking sound more so when you listen from underneath i presume this is one of the valves that may have been adjusted a little loose
do i need to sort this out straight away if so i guess illneed new gaskets oil etc whats the consequence of driving with the slight ticking sound im sure it was there before and my 3.2 has it on the passenger side uk spec or is it definitely a loose valve
funny thing is car seems to drive fine sound seems to be coming around the cylinder /lower valves passenger side ie wastegate side

Did you check the rocker shafts for tightness ?
Did you inspect the cam lobes ?

Check the rocker shafts with an allen key.
Not sure about the CO. Do you have a cat ?

im going to open it up again and use the method where by you check between the cam lobes using a 0.003 gauge and 0.002 if 0.003 doest fit and 0.002 does then valves are adjusted fine
