Default Boxster is gone

Just to let you know that the Boxster is, irretrievably, gone out the door one hour ago...

The 3.3 964 T is having it's finishing touches at the mechanic, and I will pick it up tomorrow...

One hell of a doubt lingers, however. and it has to do with wether my wife believes that the 3.3 just happened to appear, out of the sky and by itself, in the garage...

I've crossed rougher waters, though..

Cheers and

Miguel

Please let us know your first impressions after a nice drive in your turbo. I will be very surprised if you miss your Boxster much after that...not that Boxsters are bad cars, just different.

to be perfectly honest, the only thing I already miss is that mettalic roar the Boxster does above 4000 rpm's.
Looking forward to drive the 3.3, and keen to compare it with the 964 C4 I own,

Cheers

Did you have to paid extra money for it?

I saw that on another post (diff forum) that the mechanic wanted about 5k pounds toward the trade.

Please do post pictures and your first impression.

Tell your wife that Chip Foose "overhauled" your Boxster.
