C2T stuttering under boost. Ideas?

have you not replaced/checked the plug wires thats the first thing they should have checked lead must be breaking down under load

I would think spark as well based on an issue I had three years ago. The car got absolutely drenched when parked in torrential rain and spluttered whenever I tried to get on boost on the way home. No miss at all when reving in neutral.

The fix for me was to have the dizzy dried out, and it's never happened again, but it was clearly electrics causing the problem with getting on boost.

BTW: I have no idea why it sparked ok when not on load, I just know what fixed it.

Like I said early in the post, I bet it is a wires problem...been there got the "T" shirt :-)

FYI Check the orange seal on the intercooler. Mine did the same and that was just out of alignment. Worth a wee peek.
