C2 Turbo

Can someone comment as to who does a better job of refinishng the wheels out of the 2 sources mentioned above ? I have heard people sending him their original RSR wheels,very expensive and very rare,to be refinished and will not send the wheels to any one else ?
Any commnets be much appreciated.
