Angry Rear seat stuck in upright position

No laughing please, and yes, I realized this sounds slightly sexual, but my rear passenger seat is stuck in the upright position and won't flip back down. I tried pushing the button a few times but it's stuck. Any advice on how to fix this? Is there a mechanical latch I can get access to easily to fix it? Thanks!

There is a plastic part in the latch that breaks easilly, in my case it needs to be replaced.
If I remember correctly you need to loosen the seat in order to move it.

I can't really add anything except that I think you car is ready to take off. All passengers' seat must be in the upright position before take off.

Thanks Staffan for the info, I'm going to look into it this weekend.

Sonny: LOL, my fiancee got a kick out of that as well. Especially funny since today she asked why some cars have spoilers on the back (referring to ricer car) and I told her normally it's for downforce so that the cars don't start taking off ;-)

When my father-in-law first saw my car he thought the rear spoiler was some kind of luggage carrier...

Nice emilios, that would certainly be bad if he had that impression and put luggage there before asking Hopefully didn't happen.
