I just came out of a 997 GT3 and purchased a 3.3 Turbo in Midnight Blue Metallic. I love the car. Didn't think I'd ever have a bigger smile than driving the GT3, but the 964 Turbo delivered.
I didn't come across any fitting your description when I was recently looking, as these cars are mostly well cared for, but I'm sure you will eventually find what you are looking for.
