Default 965 Turbo 3.6 exhaust system

Looking to revert back to stock exhaust system.

When I replaced them 15 years ago with BB system (wonderful power upgrade and sound) I was stupid enough to not keep my original stock ones.

looking to turn everything back to stock so looking to either buy the used or even consider swap.

I had two sets laying around for 20 years. Just sold both. I'm looking for a nice set of used B&B headers, muffler, pipes etc.

That is an oxymoron. The B&B is an Ok header but poorly constructed. They crack constantly and I have had to weld repair mine several times. I have had many sets on other Porsche's and they were all the same. better than most but still not great IMO.

You can use most of the parts from the earlier cars unless you need the date stamp to be correct. New is still available but expect severe sticker shock.

for some reason the page with intercooler poped up on the parts dealer. porsche charges about 18000 euro for it now. without hardware, sensors, rubber or hoses.
i went on to exhaust. did not stop laughing for a wile.
this only can be a test if and when customer run away i think!

HaHa..... Yes I just removed a cracked set of B&B headers. OK Cobalt. I'm going to order a new Set of B&B headers when I get back from Florida.

Please see attached photos.
I stand corrected, the system is GHL (not B&B). Found email comms and invoices from 2008.

It has been on my turbo 3.6 for 17 years running flawlessly with the following setup:

GHL headers, de-cat and Tial wastegate with 1.0 bar spring and 450bhp on the dyno.

Looking to revert to stock setup so looking to either sell or swap with stock. Including wastegate.

Those appear to be the newer version of the GHL the originals had an undersized WG pipe that caused boost creep.

What dyno did you use? My car has B&B headers, Stock WG, HF K27, 1 bar spring & magnaflow muffler. It dynoed at 386 to the wheels on a mustang which is about the same power output. 450 out of a stock K27 is at the max from my understanding.

10 years and only 8 posts how about some pics?

ha, true, not very active here.
Only other thing I have is camshafts. off 993 C2. thats it. it feels stock in every way, silky smooth running, no noticeable increase in sound. Need to check Dyno, it was a while back. Bob Watson engineering in the UK. extensive racing experience and knows them well.

I just had two sets of factory exhausts. Couldn't sell them for 20 years. But both just left. They were pulled in 2000. Both exhaust had low miles. They were decent but Probably not what you would want as these are old with surface rust. I blasted them. They cleaned up but I'm afraid most guys will have to buy new today.

I actually looked at a turbo build sheet for a car not delivered to the US but had the option for what I believe to be cat delete and tune for a country without unleaded fuel. At least that was the best I could interpret using the translate feature. There is an option code 150 that states deleted the cat for countries with leaded fuel.
