A local shop scratched one of my wheels while mounting the tires but they did agree on paying to have it refinished. I called " Wheel Enhancements " and they charge $230/wheel not including S&H for the repair which sounds a bit too much to me,regardless of whos paying for the repair ? Another question is,once this wheel is refinished would it match the other wheel on the same side ? All wheels are in mint condition and the car only has 25,000 miles.
Btw its a regular painted 17" C2 Turbo wheel.

I've had my 17" C2 Turbo wheel repaired at Wheel Collision Center. They charged $150 including unmounting and remounting the tire, and did a very nice job. Their website is http://www.wheelcollision.com/

I would use them again without hesitation.

How did the wheel look as compared to the other one on the same side,meaning did it match with the other one in color or did it look like a new wheel and looked different ?

I had the rear repaired. The finish was better than the more "aged" front wheel, and the color was an excellent match. You wouldn't be able to tell the refinished wheel from a brand new one.
