Default What to replace with engine out?

There are obviously some non-standard parts on the BTR 3.8, but since it's a 964 3.6 Turbo engine at heart, I figured this was the place to ask about what to replace while the motor is out.
The car ran great when disassembly started, but I figure there are jobs that are easy to do with it out that will be a lot harder to do once it's back in.

I'm definitely replacing:
  • Plugs
  • Distributor cap
  • Rotor
  • Starter Motor
Injectors will be sent out to be cleaned and balanced, the K27-7200 was rebuilt with modern internals, and the wastegate is being replaced with a TiAL 46mm.

In addition, I'm thinking of doing:
  • Crankshaft Reference Sensor
  • Oil Temperature Sensor
  • Oil Pressure Sender
  • Throttle body O-rings
Should I also swap out the Bosch diverter valve for an upgraded piston-based unit like the Forge Motorsport FDMV008?
Is the boost pressure sender or boost pressure switch worth replacing now, or is it worth waiting until one fails since the intercooler is easy to access?

What am I forgetting? What would you add to (or subtract from) the list if it were your motor?
My shopping cart is already ridiculously full of gaskets and seals, so a few more won't hurt.

Great.
Added those to my list.
I don't think I have a fuel accumulator, but I assume that was deleted as part of RUF's EFI conversion.

You must replace the injector blocks! and the coil. it could lead to frying your EZ69. Motor mounts,

Good luck
Helio

The BTR 3.8 is based on the naturally aspirated engine and should have these intake manifolds, so no injector blocks.

Well, kind of?
The basis of the motor is a bored out 3.6 Turbo from a 1994 965.
The intake manifold is a custom cast RUF part.
The fuel injection system is RUF modified but based on the 964 naturally aspirated motronic setup.

So.. no EZ69, and I think the injectors are unique.
