Vacuum in the tank is not normal.

The ventilation line runs from the tank on the left side along the underbody to the carbon filter, which is housed in the rear left wheel arch. From there, the flushing lines go via a control and switching valve into the intake manifold.

Look at the vent line at the small expansion tank on top of the fuel tank. There is a shut-off valve there to prevent fuel from escaping in the event of a rollover. Probably there is the failure.

is there a oneway valve behind the tank?

i blow both ways at the hose disconnected from the expansion tank down to pipe at the fuel pump and that had stop.
after some blow it can pass but slow and i cant get a welder rod true it, there is diffrent hose size just behind the tank so must sit something there.
but now air is passing so should be fine.
