Anthony,

you're such a showoff -just kidding of course!! I just love your car. Tomorrow I'll post some pics of my newly-installed turbo S (X93) rear spoiler, along with a few more bits and pieces.

Best regards

Emilios

Anthony,

Thanks.

Yes, it is at Cook's corner. I currently live near there and go there often to get my fixes on driving the twisties.

I will be moving to Santa Ana soon, so I wanted to have a few pictures of the road as I will not have a lot of opportunities to drive it.

I'm having a friend making me a large size (poster) print one of the pictures to hang on the wall in my new garage.

Regards,

Sonny

Spring time is so much fun,
Sonny,
I am sure you are going to miss Cook's corner. Car looks right at home. You should make and sell posters. Beautiful car on a beautiful road.

Emilios,
Please tell, what little goodies? Like any of us can just do bits and pieces. I am sure there is more. Can't wait to see the pics of the new X93 spoiler with new speedlines and? The X93 on your car with its color must look hot.

I just dropped my car off. I decided I do not have the time for DIY so it is now getting the HF turbo, Tial WG with 1.0 bar, short shift and adjustable RS rear sway along with three spoke steering wheel. Oh yes, I forgot what it was actully going in for, an oil change.

Thanks for the compliments guys. I just wish these downloads realy showed the car as it looks. The pics look so washed out and flat.

Yasir,

She is a beauty, why haven't you posted pics earlier. I wish I could make it to Hershey but I have a baby christening that day that I must attend.

Did you paint your calipers red or are they updated for your car?

Anthony,
The car was a big surprise for me and to be honest i wanted to sell it right away.Well after having it for 5 weeks,i think i have accepted the fact that, the things that i don't like about this car,are the things that people buy these cars for.The Original owner had the calipers done professionally.
I am really glad that i didn't sell it as it would be really hard to find anything nicer even though some people might think otherwise.Byw anxiously awaiting for the Hershey Meet.

Yasir, what is it about the car that you do not like? I think I know what you are going to answer because I felt the same way too at times, but I'm curious to know what your thoughts are.

Farzaan,
The main thing is the sterring feel.I think it feels kinda heavy and to be honest,i really hated it initially, but i guess i am getting used to it now.
Second the slight stutter the car gets just before the boost kicks in and i have showed the car to two dealers and they both said normal.
The A/C is not that great but i guess i had a problem in drivers side vent and now that it has been fixed,it's working great.
The funny thing is,you had mentiioned all these things in a Pvt email about 2 years ago.I think you had just bought your C2T at that time and i had complimented your car and asked you how you would compare it to a Supra TT.
Anyway i'm going to do some suspension work and hopefully that will take care of the steering feel.O btw are you enjoying your 993TT ? beautiful car.

Frazaan,

I did not realize you sold your C2 for an almost identical 993TT. Love the color and rims on both cars. It is funny to see the two cars in the same spot one above the other. If you scroll up and down it is almost hard to see the differences.

I am sure the TT is quite the machine, would you care to give us your input on the pros and cons of each.

Yasir,
After I installed the HD Bilstiens and H&R Coil overs the car has taken on a whole new feel. I have not noticed a heavy steering feel but with it lowered to European ride height and the new shocks and springs( old shocks were shot 41K and 13 years!) it is extremely responsive and handles like a dream.
