Question 964 Turbo engine in a 993 C2

Hi! I have a 1994 993 C2 which has had a Rauh Welt conversion and i'm receiving my freshly built 3.3 liter 964 turbo engine next week.
The engine has a K-jetronic fuel system i'm searching for advice on what fuel pump(s) i would need to hook it up to the 993.
As of my understanding, a 964 turbo has one fuel pump in the front and one in the rear, plus an accumulator.
Would original 964 turbo pumps and accumulator fit and be suitable for this engine swap? Or is there easier or better solution for my situation?

Thankful for all the help i can get!

everything is possible. the issue you run in is a complete different electronics and engine mountings. usual trans may handle the torque or not.
this turbo engines are big money these days. I would think about a good 993 engine with mods. easier to convert and there will be money left over. Easier maintenance and cheaper parts.

I would probably have an easier way to go with a 993 engine but now i have this 3.3 turbo on the way home so kinda gotta figure it out.

The 993 trans will work just fine. The mounting should be good, you may have to modify the tins around the engine a little. I believe the stock front 993 fuel pump is the same as the stock 964 turbo front. but you will need a stock 964 turbo rear fuel pump. to do that you will need some wiring to be done. The other option is to use a single Bocsh 044 pump upfront. One pump is good for about 400HP Plus with the stock CIS fule system. You will need the fuel lines to be slightly modified in the rear to reach the fuel filter on the left side of the engine bay. or you can keep the fuel pump on the right and run a fuel line to the left side to the fuel accumulator.

The most important part will be the EZ69 ignition control unit that bolts to the rear next to the fuel filter on the left and all the control boxes that would go under the driver's seat, 1 oxygen control unit. 1 fuel enrichment control unit and 1 Turbo control unit. Make you get the complete engine harness and the rear fuse box and harness that goes to the control units under the seat. That's the easy part, plug, and play. You will to source all those parts. The harder part is getting the tach signal from the original chassis to the control units. Patrick Motorsports may have a harness the will help you.

Send me a message you want to talk on the phone and I'll try to help if you have more questions.
