Wow. Performance wise it pretty much matches the 996TT tiptronic on paper...

What do they mean buy no more rocket in your pocket, no more sweety palms. It still makes my palms sweet and knees week when pushing it to it's limits.

By the way, I don't know if these things are accurate but my Gtech device has recorded 0-60 numbers of 4.33 and I know I can get more out of it. Then again my car is slightly modified.

Thanks for the article

It's completely legal for me to "share", as long as I'm not selling or making a profit from it...

that is true (weissach reply). This is really no different than lending a friend a copy of a magazine.

Dear Weissach,
I asked kindly I am very sorry but read the magazine fine print. Reproduction of their material is not permitted in public. There have been admin posts about this I do not know how many times. You are not permitted to share other peoples property in public without their permission.

Uhh, This is NOT "other peoples property". It is mine and I paid for it. There are countless forums where this is done regularly. Why, are you scared that someone will scan your books and show them for all to read....

Dear Sameer,
I actually cannot believe we are having this conversation. Every magazine contains a notice about unauthorised reproduction of the their material. You can often purchase back issues of these magazines by contacting the publisher. I purchased a whole bunch of magazines from the early 1990s.
There is also a series of books by Brooklands in the UK called Porsche 911 Gold Portfolio where by they obtained permission for a large number of road and track and car and driver articles to be published in one book. Their series is done by years. You would want 1990 to 1998. You can also go online and check the magazine collectors sites. If you have the date and issue number then it is just a case of searching around.
There are plenty of sources to obtain this information but you will have to pay for it.

Dear Weissach,
You do not own the information contained in anything you purchase. You just own the paper it is printed on. The fact that it is done on other web sites is irrelevant. This web site has a policy of trying its best to follow the rules.
When you post such scans you are basically stealing from the owner.
Nope I am not scared of people stealing my work because I know my publisher will pursue anyone that does. I am sure it will happen. It would not be a good idea to do it places where I hang out though?
Ciao,
Adrian

Adrian,
Thanks for the info, would you know which website would sell the 911 Gold Portfolio?
