Default Cold Start problems

When starting cold it is hard to start (stumbles) once started no problems at all.

I found two female connectors not connected. Have I found my problem?

The back lead looks like it goes to the air injection solenoid. The other lead goes to what is called the condenser suppressor. If you look behind the panel where the fuses are in the engine compartment there is a round cylinder with two screws on the top. There should be a lead from this as well. That lower plug goes there.

In regards to the cold start. I would start simple, cap and rotor, plugs. What kind of condition are they in. If they are new then check the CO to make sure it is in spec. From there we can go deeper.
