Default 965 Representation At Sharks In Hell

After 3 long years of projects that exceeded their timelines by a factor of 5, I finally got our for a long drive from my home in suburban Detroit to the Pinckney, Michigan area for the Sharks In Hell get-together. My travelling companion was Andy (screen name AThompson) and his immaculate Forest Green 965.
We saw lots of cool 928s; almost all were hot-rodded in some way.
I had literally forgotten how much fun driving my car on the twisties of western Washtenaw county is. More long drives are planned for this fall
Here's a little eye candy from this past weekend:

Yes, car was ordered with the color being a "paint to sample" option. I've seen one other in Forest Green; it was a 3.6.

Thanks for sharing. One of these days I will attend one of these shark events.

Any chance the 3.6T belonged to a Gordon Munson? I saw the car many years back at LRP event it was stunning in person.

If you get this way, dinner is on me.
Actually, it was a picture off the internet. Car was in Colorado. One of the old board members was considering buying it.

Paul,
That was fun, I don't know what was better the weather or you buying lunch.
Anyway it was great to get out there with you.
Don't forget we will go for one more in October.
