Here is the quick story. I found a 1992 Venetian Blue/ Tan leather interior 964 with 103,XXX miles for $19,500 on traderonline.com. The car is being sold by Braman BMW/Caddilac in Miami. Their other branch is a porsche dealership and I insisted on a prebuy inspection at Porsche. Results: Left rear quarter repainted, #5 cylinder only producing 10% compression (Not 10% leak but compression....as in almost nothing.) The Porsche branch was compleatly open about the findings. The sales manager said that he was not going to fix the car and take it or leave it. What a waste of my time. BTW the Vin # is WP0AB2963NS420235. For legal reasons I wont get into the details but spread the word that this car in it's current state needs some repairs.
