I think this is what you're looking for: 964-505-263-00 Cap (or 964-505-263-01C in Satin Black). It's in PET, Illustration 802-00.

I thought that was the piece too when I checked the PET, but that piece is just the infill. If you look closely at the photo of that 964 there is an outer black housing and the trim fits inside of it...

But your confirmation of my assumption I think had lead me to the answer. So, I think the full construction of that cap is the following pieces:
-964 505 085 00 - mounting
-964 505 157 01C - protective bar satin black
-900 377 009 02 - hexagon nut M5
-964 505 263 01C - cap satin black
