1992 964 Andial VIN list?
Does anyone know if there is a list of the VIN numbers for the 25 cars that were converted by Andial for the cancelled race series and then converted back?

I never considered this but these cars were shipped to Andial as stock and then converted like the 964 turbo S2's?
That would mean that these have most likely been double counted by most sources and would make it only 630 vs 655 stock 964 coupes both C2/C4's imported for 1992 MY to the US.

392, 509 (the red pace car), 514, 573, 575 and 579-602 (less 582-584 and 594-599 out of sequence not Cup USA) were unconverted (2nd batch) and intended parts cars and in my opinion the best to own because they weren't monkeyed with and the trim etc is still as delivered from the factory. 45 cars total.

Cole,
I think the best thing is to have one of each, so you have your bases covered.
Can't be too many of the port cars left in stock condition as many of those were converted for track use as well.

We have been poring through Porsche documents and have confirmed that this car wore number 25 when it was prepared for the series.

Andial converted 25 to full race specifications, sealed and dyno'ed the motors on 4 more. The rest (16) were left alone. The cars were built by Porsche using same chassis and most of the parts of a 964 RS, they had standard C2 interiors and US mandated safety equipment- the intent was to create a car that looked like normal 964 C2 but could be easily converted to full race configuration which cost around $20k at Andial to have re-reconverted.
